**TUI Airline** provides dedicated seat capacity to TUI tour operators across Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Sweden, UK, and France, enabling a high level of control and certainty of flying capacity.As the Head of Data Analytics Airline IT, you will spearhead the data and analytics strategy within TUI Airline, driving operational efficiencies across diverse functions.
You'll cultivate a data-driven culture, collaborating with technology teams to establish robust and sustainable analytics capabilities and insights.Your mission is to lead an international team of experts, combining specialized technical skills with agility, innovation, and pragmatism to enhance our efficiency, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness while ensuring data protection and integrity.
Your role will be integrated with the Airline business, allowing you to work closely with crew planning and rostering, airline operations, engineering and maintenance, in-flight services, and other areas.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, partnering with data science experts in the airline field, to harness insights that drive operational excellence and enhance customer experiences.Your leadership will guide this growing team as it contributes to TUI's strategic priority of fostering data-driven decision-making across the organization.Within this role, you will also form part of the wider TUI Data Analytics community, working closely with the Chief Commercial Architect Data Officer to ensure that TUI Airline is both inputting into the wider Data and Analytics Strategy and able to take advantage of analytics-related investments and learning opportunities throughout the organization.ABOUT YOUR JOBDevelop and execute a comprehensive Data and Analytics strategy in collaboration with technology and business leaders, aligning with strategic goals.
Focus on investments that generate maximum value while ensuring robust, secure, and cost-efficient data provisioning and insights.Drive the creation, enhancement, and integration of analytical tools and processes across teams.
Collaborate with business leaders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish measurement frameworks.Provide strategic guidance on data methodologies including optimization, machine learning, generative AI, and visualization to drive business transformation and continuous improvement.
