Work closely with the Chief Product Officer to align cybersecurity solutions with existing client needs and technical standards effectively. Utilize EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response) and antivirus tools to develop and enforce cybersecurity measures safeguarding client systems from threats. Monitor client networks and systems with the Managed SOC services, swiftly identifying and addressing cybersecurity incidents. Enhance clients' Cybersecurity Maturity by contributing to the development of compliance services, leveraging generative AI tools. Instruct clients on cybersecurity best practices, including prevention and response tactics, to cultivate a secure digital environment. Keep up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends and threats to ensure Metasecurity Solutions remains a leader in the field. Required Qualifications Fluent in both English and Spanish, capable of providing technical support and conducting business in both languages. Proven technical expertise in cybersecurity, with experience using EDR, antivirus tools, and familiarity with Managed SOC operations. Possession of a recognized cybersecurity certification, such as ISC2 Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP), GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC), or CompTIA Security+. Strong understanding of the cybersecurity challenges faced by small and medium businesses, with the ability to tailor solutions to their specific needs. Experience in developing and implementing compliance services within the cybersecurity sector, with a focus on achieving greater Cybersecurity Maturity for clients. Ability to work as an independent contractor or part-time employee, in full compliance with Spanish laws and regulations. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with leadership and adapt to the dynamic needs of a startup environment.
