Location: Valencia, SpainLanguage: GermanDescription:Customer Service Sales RepresentativeResponsibilities:Outbound calls when necessary to solve issues with already bought productsQuote creation and follow upEnsuring personal knowledge of the Store portfolio and Post sales processes are maintainedInitiate & manage Customer post sales related tasks; covering order cancellations, claims management, order and delivery follow up, refund requests and escalations using multiple tools, such as CRM & Order-Status Suite with a high quality, efficient and customer centric approachWe offer:Part time (20 hours/week) and a long-term contractSchedule: Monday to Friday from 13:30 - 17:30Salary: 10.000 euros gross/year + up to 1.000 euros gross/year in bonusStart date: ImmediateHolidays: 23 working days of paid annual leave (generated on the basis of the calendar year and in proportion to time worked)Requirements:Native level of German + Advanced in EnglishStrong communication skillsKnowledge of sales techniques (up-/cross-selling, objection handling, etc)Customer driven and motivation to work in salesAchievement and target orientedIT knowledge and technical understandingMinimum of 1 year relevant experienceReal capability to listen to customersAbility to conduct effective qualification skills to ensure a comprehensive understanding of customer needsExceptional customer facing and customer care skillsThe period of holiday entitlement is fixed by mutual agreement between the company and the employee.#J-18808-Ljbffr
