The Job's Mission Reporting directly to the Senior Business Unit Director of the Southern Europe Joint Replacement division, the Business Unit Manager for JR Iberia oversees the management of the Business Unit.
This includes leading Regional Sales Managers, directing commercial teams (including indirect channels), and coordinating additional support roles aimed at expanding the business and capturing market share.
With full P&L responsibility, the role is pivotal in executing the strategic objectives of the Stryker Joint Replacement Business Unit.
This involves spearheading the launch, planning, implementation, and oversight of sales force and marketing programs tailored to boost market penetration and profitability for a specific product/service range within the country.

Responsibilities: Coordination of Sales Actions Control of the Reporting (Highlights) Optimization of the resources in his area (deposits, A&P, expenses) Information workflow management inside the department, and between other departments.
Controlling and managing all the resources, personnel, and materials of the area.
High level knowledge about the CMF diverse products, application and techniques Follow up pricing policy of the company, discount authorizations approval and management Monthly report (to CMF Director) on the evolution of the sales, and adaptation to the circumstances of the market.
Coordinate sales force.
Promotion and presentation of the different products to the sales force.
Intermediation between sales area and Customers.
Achievement of periodic marketing plans and long-term strategic plans (3 and 5 years) Responsible for launching the product at national level.
Coordination, distribution, and logistics of the product (Conditionals, Deposits, Kits).
Control and management of the company investment, personnel-team, expenses in the area, margins and prices.
Supervise the proper segregation of waste in your department.
Minimum Qualifications: 10+ years overall Commercial experience (this includes the combination of Marketing and Sales experience) Solid experience as Commercial or Division Business Unit Leader or Regional Sales Manager for a medical device business with proven career progression Direct selling experience required, preferably in the medical device industry; with a good knowledge of opinion leaders and of the main products and competitors Fluent level of English and Spanish.
Intermediate level of Italian will be a plus.
Proven experience in delivering market share growth and financial commitments Experience in building and executing on a marketing/sales budget and plan Demonstrated success in building, managing, motivating, and developing strong sales teams with direct and indirect channels.
Demonstrated ability to build engagement and leverage performance management systems to reach business objectives; includes goal setting, performance planning and monitoring, coaching, feedback, and performance review Strong commercial/financial acumen; including demonstrated record of overachieving organizational goals (sales quota, growth quota, sales, P&L, engagement) Excellent collaboration and communication skills; strong cross-functional influencing skills & teamwork.
