The Opportunity
Our Operations team is looking for a new Student Advisor to start as soon as possible to provide excellent support to our Spanish speaking customers through outbound calls. You will be the advisor of hundreds of employees who are learning a language through government funded courses.
This job necessitates patience, attentiveness, time management, and the ability to work independently. A successful candidate will thrive in a friendly but hard-working environment and is eager to build strong relationships with their customers, work in and learn from an international team , and make an impact in an innovative education company.

Key responsibilities Motivating and guiding our students through our online school and our testing systems.
Advising our learners on how to achieve personal and company learning targets via phone.
Presenting the different school features and options to provide a customized service.
Overcoming students' objections, anticipating their needs by giving personal solutions to managing time and progress.
Offering calls and following up services mainly in Spanish (C1/C2).
Providing technical solutions to ensure all our students have the best learning experience using EF products.
Reporting to the market Supervisor.
To be successful in this role, you need to be/to have Excellent writing and speaking skills in Spanish and English.
Highly responsible with a strong sense of ownership.
