About the role: We are looking for a Project manager to support the preparation for the launch of the most advanced in innovative sleep medicine for one of our clients, an innovative pharmaceutical company. You will work closely with the client team in representation of the agency.
Key responsibilities: Brand planning: In collaboration with the Headquarters, support the development and implementation of the marketing strategies and launch plans for the Spanish market.Event management: Lead the development and organization of all branded and unbranded events (internal and external).Manage external vendors/agencies and lead day-to-day operational projects.Sales team tool development, promotional material online & offline.About you: You are a marketing professional with a strong, successful track record in broad/primary care commercialization and, specifically, brand launch strategy and execution in the Spanish market. You are able to operate in a dynamic and science-driven environment.
Skills & Experience: 2+ years of experience in marketing positions within the pharmaceutical industry.In-depth knowledge of the Spanish pharmaceutical market and the Pharmaceutical Code of Practice.A demonstrated track record of successful brand launches, with some recent experience in psychiatry launches preferable.Strong project management skills with attention to detail.Demonstrated track record in delivering digital solutions to support external HCP and patient communications.Proficiency in English & Spanish.Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Veeva systems management.Fast learner, detail-oriented, analytical, and must enjoy collaborative, fast-paced work environments.Understanding of the full value chain related to drug development and commercialization.Engaged and collaborative, openly shares information and exchanges ideas, listening and supporting teams and having fun.Our commitment: DDB Health is committed to hiring and developing exceptional talent.
