.Job Title: Enterprise eTime Project ManagerRESPONSIBILITIES Drive the successful delivery and end-to-end project management of multiple concurrent ongoing Time & Attendance / Time Management projects and implementations.Responsible for the development of key project deliverables (e.G., project schedule, status reports, issue logs, stakeholder alignment, budget forecasts/updates, etc.).Assist the Client and Management with preventing and resolving issues that may impede project success.Provide team members with direction and vision of the engagement and related business goals, including motivating people to perform, listening to people, providing feedback, recognizing strengths and overcoming challenges.Drive the process of gathering or confirming requirements, define project scope and develop engagement timelines/resources as needed.Ensure a consistent high-level of quality deliverables throughout all projects.Ensure projects are managed against the requirements of scope of work and manage applicable change control process.Provide guidance and mentoring to team members as needed.Promote teamwork and active collaboration amongst project team members.Lead team members in professional conduct.Cultivate referenceable and loyal clients.Assist in identifying opportunities to deliver additional products and services.Assist in identifying and maintaining relationships with reference contacts.Liaise with members of all levels of the organization, Client and Partner community.Conduct and publish lessons-learned reviews upon project completion.ISSUE, RISK & CHANGE MANAGEMENT Manage project's scope, estimate of hours and assess impacts to requested changes.Serve as project escalation point for issues impacting project success that requires resolution.Lead inter-departmental coordination efforts required for specific project tasks.Coordinate the transition of new clients from Sales to Implementation and, after a successful go-live, on to Client Services.Ensure definition and compliance to issue management.Monitor issues on a weekly basis.Monitor escalation of problems.Ensure risk management via mitigation strategies.Ensure proper tracking of Change Requests with appropriate sign-offs.Effectively communicate relevant project status updates to stakeholders (Internal and External).Facilitate communication with client stakeholders to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions with a focus on enhanced client relationships and satisfaction.Ensure project documentation is stored in accordance with ADP Quality Audit requirements utilizing Collaboration tool and ensure project team is adhering to these requirements.Track team hours and approve accordingly through use of online tools to ensure utilization is appropriate to project needs
