Here's what you can expect on a typical day in the life of a Technical Support Consultant at ADP.
Interpret client needs through discovery and analysis. Provide solutions in a timeframe that meets the client's expectations or a workaround if the permanent solution is not rapidly available. Keep the client updated on the progress of the issue reported in a timely manner to manage their expectations appropriately. Increase their expertise in a handful of topics to become SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) and share their knowledge with the team. Answer questions and concerns raised by the client and suggest the best approach to resolve them. Contribute to the team's knowledge and process improvement. TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
You are a natural problem solver with strong organizational and time management skills. You have experience providing remote technical support to clients. You have a strong curiosity and the ability to learn quickly. You are naturally helpful, looking for the best solution for the client rather than just looking into what is requested.
