The Digital Partner Development Manager serves as a trusted adviser to our partners and develops a mutually beneficial relationship in alignment with HPE business priorities.
Articulates both HPE global and local business strategies to effectively "sell with", "sell to", and "sell through" our partners, creating a scalable selling ecosystem.
Develops knowledge of Partner priorities, industry trends, IT landscape, IT investment strategy, HPE priorities, and HPE Technology to differentiate HPE from competitors.
Coordinates and executes HPE activities with the Partner, leveraging HPE specialists when needed.
Aligns field sales to drive increased value to HPE for pipeline and revenue/profit growth while leveraging the collective strength of the partner ecosystem.

Be the first point of contact towards a broad set of partners and support them in their daily tasksProvide resources and guidance to the partners on where to play within emerging trends in Partner's ecosystem in alignment with HPE business prioritiesEnact day-to-day HPE strategy, programs, and systems with and on behalf of the partner to assure accelerated financial outcomes and build partner loyalty to HPERecruit and develop business relationships with new partners, working to increase partner commitment to HPEAnalyze reports and assessment results to identify trends and issues, perform root-cause analysis for failures and data issues, develop recommendations for resolution and track effectiveness of remediesEffectively communicate issues to stakeholdersImplement specified changes to data, content and systems to improve data quality, operational efficiency and effectiveness Education and Experience Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalentTypically 2-4 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Customer Success or Customer ServiceFull fluency in Dutch and English, French is a strong plus Knowledge and Skills: Experience administering and maintaining sales tools, systems, and online resourcesUnderstanding of business and sales processes and practicesStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to effectively communicate plans, proposals, and results Join us and make your mark!
