Posizione: The position will report to Dionisio Torre Ramos, Global CSMO (Chief Sales and Marketing Officer), Corporate Director of Giunti Psychometrics Group.
Objective: Manage and lead all operational, commercial, and strategic aspects of the Education business unit.
The candidate will be responsible for: Strategic management of the business line: Develop and implement the commercial strategy for the education business line, aligned with the company's overall objectives. Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in the education sector, both locally and internationally, by creating new educational products or services. Conduct analysis of the education market, competition, and trends to adjust and improve business strategies.
Management of educational products and services: Oversee the development of educational products (courses, training platforms, certifications) ensuring they meet market needs. Collaborate with content development, technology, and pedagogy teams to create innovative, high-quality educational programs. Continuously evaluate and adjust the product portfolio to ensure alignment with the demands of the education sector and business strategy. Develop training and performance evaluation plans for specialists, promoting professional growth within the education line. Foster a collaborative work environment focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
Business Development: Set and oversee sales objectives and KPIs, facilitating the achievement of commercial goals by the sales teams. Collaborate with commercial teams to develop pricing strategies and business models (subscription, platforms, etc.) that maximize competitiveness and margins. Design and execute campaigns targeting educational institutions, students, and professionals, tailoring messages for the target market.
