Posizione: The position will report to Dionisio Torre Ramos, Global CSMO (Chief Sales and Marketing Officer), Corporate Director of Giunti Psychometrics Group.

Objective: Manage and lead all operational, commercial, and strategic aspects of the Education business unit.

The candidate will be responsible for:

Strategic management of the business line: Develop and implement the commercial strategy for the education business line, aligned with the company's overall objectives. Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in the education sector, both locally and internationally, by creating new educational products or services. Conduct analysis of the education market, competition, and trends to adjust and improve business strategies. Management of educational products and services: Oversee the development of educational products (courses, training platforms, certifications) ensuring they meet market needs. Collaborate with content development, technology, and pedagogy teams to create innovative, high-quality educational programs. Continuously evaluate and adjust the product portfolio to ensure alignment with the demands of the education sector and business strategy. Develop training and performance evaluation plans for specialists, promoting professional growth within the education line. Foster a collaborative work environment focused on innovation and continuous improvement. Business Development: Set and oversee sales objectives and KPIs, facilitating the achievement of commercial goals by the sales teams. Collaborate with commercial teams to develop pricing strategies and business models (subscription, platforms, etc.) that maximize competitiveness and margins. Design and execute campaigns targeting educational institutions, students, and professionals, tailoring messages for the target market. Oversee and optimize sales and distribution strategies for educational products across different markets, ensuring geographic expansion and penetration into new segments. Develop customer retention strategies, including the creation of programs that promote the retention of students and clients. Innovation in the education sector: Promote the implementation of new technologies in the educational offering (online platforms, virtual reality, artificial intelligence) to enhance the learning experience. Identify and propose new growth areas such as online education, professional certifications, and talent development within organizations. Monitor trends in the education sector (e.g., online education, micro-credentials, lifelong learning) and adapt to maintain the competitiveness of the business line. Requisiti: Over 3 years of experience in business development and commercial management in the education sector, ideally working with educational institutions (public, private, charter schools), ministries of education, and educational associations. Proven experience in creating and implementing commercial strategies at the national and international levels, identifying new market opportunities and expansion. Previous experience in key account management for large opportunities in the education sector, including the sale of educational products to ministries, groups of schools, associations, and other educational entities. In-depth knowledge in creating and managing strategic alliances with educational institutions, government bodies, and key players in the sector. Experience in pricing, structuring subscription models, and maximizing margins through campaigns targeting the education sector. Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Psychology, Business Administration, Pedagogy, or related fields. A postgraduate or master's degree in Business Management, Educational Management, Innovation in Education, or related areas will be highly valued. Experience in managing commercial teams, setting sales objectives, KPIs, and optimizing sales strategies for educational products across different markets. Advanced knowledge in analyzing educational markets and the ability to identify and capitalize on emerging trends in education. Proven skills in creating commercial campaigns targeting educational institutions, with a focus on lead generation and sales conversion. Fluent English (C1 or higher), essential for managing commercial and operational relationships in an international environment. Other languages such as Italian, Spanish, or French will be positively valued. Negotiation and sales closing skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships with educational institutions and government organizations. Results-oriented and growth-driven, with a proven ability to meet and exceed commercial and sales targets. Strategic thinking and business vision, with the ability to develop and execute strategies that drive the growth of the education line. Excellent communication and presentation skills, necessary to interact with senior officials from educational institutions, governments, and strategic partners. Ability to manage multiple commercial projects simultaneously, with a focus on expanding and ensuring the profitability of the education business.
