What you'll doResponsibilities & Deliverables: Plan, structure and develop educational in-app lessons and courses on a range of subjects for children aged 2-8 from concept to release (i.e. plan high level scope and sequence, structure the lessons, plan each activity and its questions, write VO texts, choose and request assets, build into admin system for release)Align courses and lessons to national curriculums around the worldWork efficiently and towards deadlines to ensure the lesson pipeline is delivered on schedule, ensuring that all lesson plans and assets are ready on time for final buildKeep up to date with educational trends and competitors, and offer new ideas to improve the educational aspect of the product.Other (only when required): Work directly with the creative teams at Lingokids Studios to ensure content is educationally sound. (i.e. decide learning objectives, review and proofread scripts, identify key words, pitch new variations of our games to the team, write instructions and voice over texts, check art and animations for educational bugs, carry out final educational quality assurance checks etc)Work directly with product and engineering teams to ensure the educational experience is reflected in the UI, rewards systems and information areasTag new content and lessons with the appropriate internal tags for certain product features automation and content organizationWrite descriptions for new contentAssist with efficacy study researchAssist with the creation of offscreen resource creationProvide support where necessary to other teams at Lingokids such as the Marketing team, Partnerships team, PR teamWhat you'll bringBA in Education, Primary Education, Early Childhood Education, Curriculum Design, Instructional Design, Education Technology, Serious Games or a related field.At least 4 years experience working with or teaching children aged 2-8At least 2 years experience in an ed-tech environmentProven experience in creating digital lessons or courses is highly desirableExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent negotiation skills to work collaboratively with key stakeholder teamsNative English speaker.Nice to have: Experience creating educational games or other mediaProfessional capabilities in SpanishLife at LingokidsRemote working within Spain
