Your key responsibilities: Develop a successful working relationship with strategic SME client contacts for the Western Europe market.Proactively identify and approach new business targets according to Scentmate sales strategy.Establish Scentmate as clients' key partner to get all possible clients' fragrance briefs.Build and strengthen relationships within the client organisation, increase Scentmate visibility to a broader audience and promote Scentmate as a strong strategic solution provider.Identify business opportunities, decision factors and success criteria and define an action plan accordingly in a changing market environment.Lead/coordinate projects with internal partners and with clients (both proactive and reactive).Collaborate with internal partners to improve Scentmate's value proposition by collecting, filtering and converting client's feedback into actionable insights.Master the usage of our tooling to optimize internal resources and maximize customer lifetime value.We bring: On the job training, learning and development.Work in a dynamic and highly rewarding multicultural environment.To be part of a company shaping a strong legacy through breakthrough industrial innovations and technology.To be in for an inspiring journey of learning and transformation.To be part of a motivated team working in a fast-moving and rewarding environment.Smart space office with great appliances, free coffee, tea & fresh fruits and flex working policy.You bring: Min 3 years experience in perfumery sales or similar position (personal care & household industry) in customer management role.Fluency in Spanish, French, English. Other languages are a plus.Customer-oriented mindset and willingness to provide the best experience.Willingness to travel to visit customers.Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.Quick learner on digital tools.Energetic and self-motivated; a team player who is also a proactive and a creative problem solver with a genuine passion for the customer.Agile mentality to collaborate with internal partners and pitch projects to them to deliver value to our customer.Our recruitment process: Are you interested in this role?
