Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a Support Coordinator that would like to collaborate with one of the top 15 global pharmaceutical companies.- Integrated into a regional IT team, with the possibility to interact also with similar teams in other regions (NA, LATAM, APAC).- Will manage service tickets regarding issues with global M&S systems (especially VEEVA system).- Main contact point regarding support topics for the key support users in the countries assigned to the region.- Main contact point regarding support topics with the global support vendors assigned to the countries into the region.SKILLSFluent English.
