The Beckman Coulter LS Field Service Engineer is responsible for providing excellent support to our customers and maintaining LS instrumentation and systems in hospitals.
You will work to guarantee constant technical growth of field engineers.
You'll be the face of Beckman Coulter to customers and support them, directly impacting patient health and overall well-being.
This position is part of the Technical Support Team and reports to the Technical Customer Support Manager.
You will operate independently within your geographic territory, however, we operate as a team to share standard methodologies, mentor, and receive expert technical support.
You'll be classified as a remote worker and be provided with a company car, mobile phone, and laptop.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Develop and build knowledge to understand the industry, the company, the products, tools, and the team.
This is supported with a clear Development Pathway program as part of our culture to develop and grow our teams.Be supported by a strong leadership team, involved in key projects to deliver successful installations for our customers that meet their requirements and those of our company.Complete troubleshooting, installation, validation, preventative maintenance, modifications, and repairs on Beckman Coulter LS (Flow Cytometry) equipment.Support laboratory systems in the field of clinical and research diagnostics.Partner with the customer not only on technical issues, but also on how to maximize the instrument's usage.Develop your project management skills in the context of installation projects.Provide excellent and efficient support to Beckman Coulter's customers and Field Service Engineers, along with technical training.Accompany the digital transformation and contribute your IT knowledge to installation projects and internal projects.
