What you will do Strategic planning: Develop and communicate a clear technology vision along with a roadmap aligned with business objectives.

What we are looking for Degree in electronics / automotive / mechanical / other engineering.
Expertise in ECU Software Development: Strong knowledge in vehicle control software, embedded systems, and programming in C/C++, AUTOSAR, and software architecture models.
Familiarity with Automotive Industry Standards: Understanding of industry standards, such as ISO 26262 (functional safety) and ASPICE, as well as cybersecurity and connectivity regulations in automotive.
Data Analytics and Decision-Making: Ability to establish performance metrics and leverage data to assess and optimize technology solutions.
Risk Management: Skill in identifying risks, especially regarding security and compliance, and in designing mitigation plans to minimize project impact.
Complex Technical Project Management: Expertise in managing end-to-end software projects, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Change Management and Digital Transformation: Experience in implementing technology changes and supporting teams in adopting new tools, methodologies, or systems.
