What you will do Strategic planning: Develop and communicate a clear technology vision along with a roadmap aligned with business objectives. Identify opportunities to apply technology to optimise efficiency, productivity and competitiveness.Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders from different departments to understand their needs, goals and challenges. Promote a culture of teamwork and creativity that drives organisational success.Project management: Oversee the end-to-end execution of technology projects, ensuring compliance with budget, timelines and quality standards. Lead and support project teams in each phase.Change management: Facilitate organisational adaptation by promoting the adoption of new technologies and processes. Provide training and support for a smooth transition and to ensure user satisfaction.Performance monitoring: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of technology solutions.
