At CBRE's Data Science department, we are currently looking for economists to develop innovative predictive solutions that address our clients' new business challenges. SCOPE Ability to define and implement econometric models for the future projection of the macroeconomic context and the main variables of the different markets of the real estate sector. Participation in time series / forecasting and consulting projects at national and international level. Present findings and recommendations to senior management and clients in a clear and concise manner. Develop viable data solutions to improve business decision-making processes. Coordination of relevant macroeconomic information and of the different segments of the real estate sector (residential, offices, retail, logistics and OPRE). Preparation of reports and presentations of future trends in the real estate sector. Participation in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning projects. CANDIDATE'S SKILLS Minimum Qualification Proven experience (3+ years) in Predictive Analysis with special focus on the Forecasting area. Demonstrable knowledge of modern statistical techniques used in the academic field for the treatment of time series and forecasting. Experience in statistical software (e.G., Stata, Eviews) and programming languages (R, Python). Strong interest in solving complex business problems using statistical analysis. Analytical and creative thinking abilities. High demonstrable ability to write and structure reports. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including communication and liaising with key business stakeholders, third-party vendors, and engineering teams. Proficiency in English. Capacity for teamwork. Experience in the Real Estate Sector will be favourably valued. Preferred Qualification Degree in Economics, Statistics or similar. Master's in Quantitative Economics or similar. Experience in process automation projects and database architecture. Knowledge of data visualization tools (Shiny, Power BI or Tableau).
