NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the implementation of the EU funded project called: Diversity Mainstreaming in The Maritime Sector and is searching for key experts to support the core team during the implementation of this project.
Duration: The intended start date is March 2025 and the services shall be provided for a period of 12 months from this date.
Key Expert: Economic and Financial evaluation expert (Cat.II): ? Qualifications and skills: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or a relevant, directly related discipline, or equivalent experience (Minimum requirement).
Excellent command of English language (CEFR C1) (Minimum requirement) Working knowledge of Dutch language will be considered an advantage.
Change management skill will be considered a strong asset.
? General professional experience: At least 10 years of work experience in socio-economic and financial evaluations of public infrastructure projects including cost-benefit analysis of public infrastructure projects (Minimum requirement).
? Specific professional experience: At least 5 years of experience in undertaking cost-benefit analysis, economic evaluations and financial analyses in the transport sector.
Preferably, both, economic and financial analyses, should be demonstrated in the implemented projects, but they do not have to be both present in every project (Minimum requirement).
Experience in advising Transport Authorities and Transport Operators through economic and financial analyses would be considered an advantage.
Experience in the maritime sector in Europe will be considered an advantage.
Very good knowledge of gender equality principles and their application in an urban context demonstrated by previous professional experience would be an advantage.
