Offer Description Mission:
Coordinate projects, including technical aspects, organisational tasks, contracting of personnel, economic expenses, and their justification.
Carry out the coordination of determined packages of work for projects, focusing on aspects like use cases and economic management.
Lead the preparation of final reports and economic management.
Manage financing programs for research and innovation (national and international).
Organisational Competences:
Teamwork.
Management of agreements and subsidies for research and innovation.
Management of meetings among multiple participants of internal and external projects.
Negotiation skills.
Interaction with fellows and funding entities.
Functional Competences:
Strong communication skills.
Specific Requirements:
Educational Requirements:
Requirements of the funding entity.
Knowledge of innovation policies and research project management.
Professional Experience:
Experience in projects or programs of activities.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a university or similar environment.
Experience in similar functions, specifically in research activities, in both university and industrial settings is valued.

Additional Information Eligibility Criteria:
All candidates who cannot prove the required academic degree will be immediately withdrawn from the selection process.
The CVs will be assessed according to the following general criteria:
The maximum score for candidates who meet all eligibility criteria stated in the job offer will be 10 points.
Threshold: 5 points.
The maximum score (10 points) will be distributed as follows:
1 point for required specialty.
2 points for required academic training.
2 points for technical competences.
1 point for organisational competences.
3 points for professional experience.
1 point for any aspect of the candidate's professional profile deemed especially relevant by the Selection Committee.
If the Selection Committee decides to include a personal interview as an additional step in the selection process, only candidates scoring 5 or above for their CV will be retained for the interview step.
The interview will be assessed according to the following criteria:
Threshold: 3 points.
The maximum score will be distributed as follows:
2 points for adequacy to functional competences of the job.
2 points for adequacy of professional experience.
1 point for any aspect of the candidate's professional profile deemed especially relevant by the Selection Committee.
The eligible candidates will be ranked from highest to lowest score based on these selection criteria.
Selection Process:
The members of the Selection Committee will decide for each case what the selection process will be, whether an assessment is made only for the curriculum vitae or any other procedure is planned: interview, tests, etc.
Each phase of the selection process will be reported on the website where the offer is published. If applicable, indicate your request.
