This is a high-impact role where you'll be instrumental in shaping our brand presence and driving revenue across these exciting markets.What You'll Do:Be the Market Expert: Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies that resonate with local consumers, leveraging your deep understanding of the Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese markets.Own the P&L: Partner with the Market Lead to manage the profit and loss for your region, taking ownership of commercial activities and strategic planning.Lead Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute impactful campaigns across a variety of channels, including TV, video, partnerships, and influencer marketing.Champion the Customer: Become an advocate for our customers, ensuring their needs and preferences are at the heart of all marketing initiatives.Stay Ahead of the Curve: Monitor competitor activity, analyse market trends, and identify new opportunities for growth.Collaborate and Lead: Work closely with central teams to ensure brand consistency and maximize campaign effectiveness. You'll also guide and mentor junior team members.What You'll Bring:Ecommerce Expertise: 5+ years of experience in e-commerce marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving performance and growth.Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Adobe Analytics) to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for optimisation.Channel Mastery: A solid understanding of e-commerce and brand marketing channels, with experience in forecasting and budget management.Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Spanish market and media landscape is essential. Experience with the Italian and Portuguese markets is a plus.Communication Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence key decision-makers.Language Proficiency: Fluency in Spanish and English is a must.
