Ecommerce Manager - Crowdfunding - [U20]

Assist the Business Managing Director to implement an ambitious Crowdfunding Ecommerce strategy.
Lead the crowdfunding campaign as appropriate across the organisation, working collaboratively with colleagues at all levels and empowering them as appropriate.
Drive strategies and long-term vision to build a best-in-class Crowdfunding business with high-growth targets in the coming years.
PnL responsible for the Crowdfunding initiatives.
Participate in the choice and implementation of the crowdfunding platform and functionalities in collaboration with the Tech and IT teams' support.
Work in close collaboration with product developers and research teams throughout the process to define product innovation (format, pricing, and pipeline).
Keep abreast of crowdfunding trends to inform activity.
Be part of a digital team building new skills internally to support the Transformation of the company (Ecommerce, NFTs/Digital collectibles, Tech experts).
Requirements:Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or Digital Strategy.4-5 years experience in successful Crowdfunding and D2C marketing.Very good communicator.Very good coordinator with a 360° view of crowdfunding campaigns.Collaborative and engaging - used to working in organisations where teamwork and an agile approach to problem-solving are the norms.Ability to build strong working relationships across teams and within the wider organisation.Deadline-driven and adept at balancing competing priorities and managing complexity.Desirable with crowdfunding experience in the collectible business.Fluent in English.
