You will develop e-commerce strategies, optimise the online shopping experience, manage Amazon listings, and work to boost conversion rates.What will you doAccount Management: Manage day to day interactions with Amazon.Oversee product rollout on Amazon: collaborate with website development for landing page and collections pages for the new item.Product Listing Optimization : Creating and maintaining effective listings, including title, description, bullet points, and backend keywords to improve searchability.Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels, planning restocks, and working with fulfilment centres to avoid stockouts and overstock situations.Advertising and PPC Campaigns: Running and optimising Amazon PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns and other advertising options (Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) to increase product visibility and sales.Pricing and Promotions Strategy: Setting competitive pricing, managing deals, and organising promotionsData Analysis and Reporting: Using Amazon's data and analytics tools to track sales performance, conversion rates, customer behaviour, and adjusting strategies based on insights.Brand and Storefront Management: Developing the brand's Amazon storefront, ensuring consistency in branding, and working on brand registry initiatives for better brand protection.Customer Experience Management : Handling customer reviews, addressing feedback, and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction.Competitor Analysis : Monitoring competitors to make adjustments in listings, keywords, pricing, and marketing strategies to stay competitive.What are we looking forDeep experience in working on the Amazon marketplace, detailed knowledge of Amazon tools and processesAbility to perform keyword research and optimise listings for Amazon's A9 search algorithmProficiency in data analysis tools like Amazon Brand Analytics, Amazon Attribution, and third-party analytics toolsExperience with PPC management, conversion rate optimization, and retargeting techniques
