About the position As a trainee, you will partner with the EMEA eCommerce team to help drive Kimberly-Clark Professional's strategic business plan for PurePlay and omni-channel growth. You will have the opportunity to prepare and communicate the results of your work in a clear and concise manner for leadership.

Fast accelerating B2B eCommerce marketplaceHarvesting insights from best-in-class analytical toolsBuilding business models and ROI casesOptimising eCommerce pricing & portfolio strategyDeveloping automated dashboards to track results - ex: POS reporting, digital marketing effectiveness ROI / ROASLeveraging Growth PlaybooksConnecting with eCommerce, Analytics, and similar leadersSynthesizing findings with key stakeholdersOrganization As a trainee, you will work closely with other members of the eCommerce team in EMEA, and with a variety of internal stakeholders across marketing, sales, finance, and IT - including the Global Customer & Market Intelligence (CMI) team. The role is a part of the KCP EMEA eCommerce team, reporting into the team's Leader of EMEA eCommerce.
About you To be successful in this role we believe you should:
Have English proficiency (minimum B2+ level). Any other EU language is an advantage.Be willing to follow an internship in Spain. You have either recently graduated, or are currently being enrolled in a school/university and pursuing a master's degree with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher. Preferred areas of study include business analytics, data analytics, digital marketing, eCommerce, or IT.Ideally have a previous relevant internship or related work experience.Have critical thinking and ability to interrogate results, strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.Have leadership experience during university years, as well as experience at building relationships and business acumen.Have excellent understanding of data management and ability to use tools like Excel to organize data, create reports, and deliver meaningful insights & recommendations.Be completely PC proficient, able to develop oral and visual presentations, spreadsheets, and general correspondence.Have knowledge of front-end tools (including Power BI, Tableau, and SAP Business Objects) and/or knowledge of advanced analytics (data science, predictive analytics, artificial intelligence, etc.) is an advantage.The position is offered either as a hybrid role in the Madrid area or full remote from Spain only, with a Permanent authorization to work in Spain on a regular, full-time basis.
