Specifically, the DIGITECH department, housed within the GDC, plays a critical role in defining the scope and elucidating the digital technology and architecture strategy aligned with the business vision.The Delivery Manager will be under the direct supervision of the Delivery & Release Team Manager. The primary focus of this role is to empower and lead the Delivery/TPO (Technical Product Ownership) and team, overseeing the planning, agile realization, and continuous evolution of capabilities with end-to-end ownership within DIGITECH. The role is positioned to transform DIGITECH into a fully-fledged product organization.The Delivery Manager serves as a strategic bridge between technical expertise and project delivery, particularly in the realm of eCommerce and mobile application development.Provides technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams throughout the entire application development lifecycle.Ensures end-to-end ownership in the planning, delivery management, and reporting on the Technical Digital Ecosystem Roadmap within DIGITECH.Responsibilities:Delivery & Technical ownershipBrings in-depth technical expertise in solution development.Understanding of the business requirements and transferring them into project deliverables.Assessing the technical requirements when selecting new solutions (focused on mobile apps).Ensures that DIGITECH solutions align with the latest industry standards, technological trends, and best practices.Enhancing the competitiveness and viability of the mobile app landscape.Understanding of business requirements and ability to propose robust technical solutions.Advocates the principles and values of the program and of the DIGITECH WoW.Release:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define release scope, objectives, and timelines.Develop and maintain a comprehensive release plan, including release schedules, milestones, and dependencies.Coordinate release activities, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.Oversee the execution of release activities, including code deployments, configuration changes, and data migrations.Manage and resolve any release-related issues or conflicts, working closely with the development team and agency.Implement and enforce change management processes and procedures to minimize risks and disruptions during releases.Ensure proper documentation and communication of changes, including release notes and user guides
