The eCommerce Business Development Manager for Secure Power is responsible for the online business coverage and continuous growth globally within our Retail business, driving sustainable and profitable sales growth of our brands across the regions and developing our presence and share on partners, channels and segments. This role requires a proven track record of growth in sales, marketing, and strategy related roles. The objectives of this role are to grow eCommerce revenue, improve country, RTM coverage, expand the current partner landscape, and deliver customer leading-class experiences via channel resources. This is a varied role that relies on proven experience in the successful planning and managing of e-commerce sales strategies and a solid commercial and relational background. This is a sales target casing role with Global scope, requiring travel up to 20% of the time including customer visits (qualification and development) and events, joint visits (acc.Mgrs), reviews, workshops, and trade shows. What are your key responsibilities? Detect and present market insights (trends, competition, logistics, offer) and digital sales development opportunities on countries, segments, offers, and RTM coverage. Share best practices across the region. Support Regions in the development of the eCom road to market from an omnichannel standpoint : IT and ET digital channels at E1, E2, and E3 level, interacting with local stakeholders and coordinating with local/regional account managers (business, conditions, action plans to develop those channels digitally). Support identifying and developing integrations with marketplaces globally, from onboarding to launch. Enable regional business expansion (new accounts, new countries, support ekams with negotiations and deals). Regularly analyze eCom sales performance and put in place recovery and growth plans when/where required. Influence key local, regional, and global stakeholders on eCommerce to achieve the best country blueprint, regional support on mid-term and short-term initiatives, and maximize global support to drive mid/long-term growth. Regularly set opportunity and tracking reviews/reporting with key stakeholders. Collaborate effectively with internal cross-functional teams and partners for joint success
