Ecommerce Business Analyst (Functional Lead)

Location: Remote - SpainLanguages Required: English and Spanish (B2)Rate: 280EUR per dayTasksLead functional aspects of SAP Commerce cloud projects, including Promotions, Personalization, OMS, Customer Service, Backoffice, WCMS, PCM, B2C, and B2B functionalities.Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and document project specifications.Customize SAP Commerce functionalities to align with business objectives.Oversee system integrations to ensure seamless functionality across platforms.Guide offshore and cross-functional teams to maintain quality standards and ensure project success.Provide training and support to end-users.RequirementsStrong knowledge of SAP Commerce cloud modules.Experience in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project methodologies.Familiarity with SAP Commerce Promotions, Personalization, OMS, Customer Service, and WCMS functions.Able to mentor junior team members and collaborate with offshore teams.
