Ecocanvas · Circular Business Model DesignEcocanvas methodology represents a circular update & upgrade of the famous original Business Model Canvas (Osterwalder and Pigneur's (2010)). Created and launched in 2012 (N. Cerantola, Ecologing) as a unique and simple visual tool, it became a comprehensive methodology that allows entrepreneurs, companies and mentors to define a more inclusive and holistic business model. The core and main added feature of the Ecocanvas is its triple perspective granted by the three additional blocks, comprising three forces: environmental, legal and economic, and societal forces. In the current version the Ecocanvas methodology is built on 15 tools aimed to support decision making, spot circular opportunities and foster innovation in business design.
