RequirementsResponsibilities:Team Leadership & Development
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of implementation managers and configuration specialists, empowering them to deliver exceptional client service.
Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, championing continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
Recruit, interview, and hire top talent to build a strong and results-oriented team.
Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback for team member growth.Client Success & Project Management
Partner with sales and client success teams to understand client needs and design complex tech solutions.
Develop and implement a project management methodology for successful B2B implementations.
Lead project planning workshops and actively manage project risks, ensuring adherence to high-quality standards.
Oversee the team's delivery to guarantee client satisfaction beyond expectations.Strategic Influence & Process Improvement
Collaborate with internal teams like developers, finance, and legal to achieve optimal client outcomes.
Identify areas for process improvement and continuously optimize team efficiency and effectiveness.
