As Senior Manager IT - Quality Systems, you are responsible for the management of our client's electronic Quality Management System and our Chemistry Toolset System.
Our client's global electronic Quality Management System supports core business processes like document and learning management.
In a future state, this system will be enhanced with additional quality management processes like e.g.
change control.
Our client's global Chemistry Toolset stores and manages substances, qualities, reactions, and variations as well as associated data.
What you can expect: Together with internal and external partners, manage the interfaces to our client's LIMS and SAP system.Help business process owners translate business requirements into a lean and smart technical solution to create an Industry 4.0 Digital Smart Quality Environment across our global Quality network.Ensure the solution is aligned with the strategic direction of our enterprise architecture roadmap.Actively engage with stakeholders to ensure appropriate governance and guidance for rollout projects, validation activities, and ongoing system enhancements.Coordinate tasks with external service providers Veeva and Chemantics as part of the outsourced run support.Act as the gateway between business SMEs and the vendors for troubleshooting.Analyze user requirements, advise internal stakeholders regarding the eQMS and Chemistry Toolset System, and approve concepts and specifications.Organize and facilitate workshops, oversee configuration and customization of systems, and work out test plans.Contribute to the creation of test scripts, test execution, and training documentation.Lead trainings and data migration activities, control global process and system governance.Organize the integration of system enhancements: Liaise with internal customers, ensure testing, and transfer into productive operations.Delegate common incidents and problems to the vendor support organization.Provide 3rd level support for complex incidents and contribute to the resolution of critical/urgent incidents.Organize professional solutions to problems.Manage the development service in projects, partner with system development providers, train them in terms of the company's standards and guidelines, perform the hand-over of technical specifications, advise and monitor the realization of software programming, and perform quality control of deliverables.
