This position bridges the technical and data realms using key performance indicators (KPIs).
You'll collaborate closely with the Team Leaders of Quality Engineering and Quality Analytics, as well as the rest of the Quality Assurance team, to gain insights into our product portfolio's performance and functionality.Job purposeMain ResponsibilitiesParticipation in process automation projects and complex information extraction to enhance data process efficiency.Analysis of available information to create tracking controls, identifying pain points for improving customer experience.Learning object-oriented programming and best practices, primarily in Python.Creation and development of ELT (Extract, Load, Transform) processes.Collaboration on designing, optimizing, and implementing data extraction queries.Preparation of reports and dashboards.Contribution to action plans and improvements by developing and implementing operational indicators and methodologies for extracting and analyzing significant, concrete, and reliable data.Monitoring the impact of implemented improvements and implementing corrective actions as needed.Required QualificationsBackground in Engineering, Telecommunications, Mathematics / Statistics.Proficiency in office tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Business Object, etc.Familiarity with data management and analysis tools: SQL, Python, R, etc.Experience with reporting tools: Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, etc.Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and commitment to professional development.Teamwork skills.Focus on achieving results and problem-solving.English B2 level.CompetenciesAnalytical ability, communication, and critical thinking.Organizational skills and attention to detail.Innovation and creativity.We are looking for someone who is a strong match with our Company's DNA with a "can do" attitude and with proven ability to deliver and achieve results in fast-paced & dynamic environments.What Verisure will offer you:Hybrid model Work from home and at our great Madrid offices in Pozuelo de Alarcón (El Barrial- Centro Comercial).Lunch included at our canteen.Dynamic and vibrant environment.Periodic team buildings!Learning and training programs.#J-18808-Ljbffr
