To manage a team of Territory Field Sales Managers and lead the development in retail and impulse accounts in each geographical area through active selling and the implementation of agreed Perfect Store and WvsC standards. Working 360º and transferring Red Bull Culture and Values.
RESPONSABILIDADESDefine the relevant universe that should be covered by the Field Sales Team.Develop the store universe through active selling, the implementation of the Perfect Store Concept, and the rotating coverage model to WvsC.Ensure the Field Sales Team has all relevant information to perform their function.Ensure that all relevant Field Sales Tools are being correctly used and collate feedback on all gaps the current tools do not fill.Ensure correct input of audit data by the team and use audit reports to help develop the Field Team where necessary.Ensure the Field Team understands their individual job roles and are carrying them out in line with agreed working processes.Constantly measure and review the team's performance against KPI targets for the territory by providing regular and constructive feedback and effectively manage poor performance.Overall, manage Field Sales budget allocation and tracking.Translate Red Bull Values and Culture to the team.Train and develop the team so that each team member's contribution and potential is maximized through the global Field Sales Training Curriculum.Regularly coach the team in the field with joint store visits.Ensure the team follows the regular check-in intervals in Amplify (mid-year, end of year, compensation planning).Establish and maintain a dynamic and inclusive team environment that encourages a positive attitude, collaboration, and creativity.Interface with other departments within the company, acting as the communication point for the Field Sales Team within the defined territory.Foster strong inter-department relationships by working in an internally collaborative way.Minimum Requirements5 years' experience in FMCG sector.Valid driving license.Leadership, motivation, and team skills.Clear understanding of the market sales & distribution, competitor activity, as well as consumer behavior in FMCG context.A commitment to people management and development with a proven ability to build and develop talent.Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen to understand financial statements and market trends.Excellent Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills.Very high negotiation and interpersonal skills.Management reporting and budget control.Strong presentation skills.Middle/High Studies (business, marketing or similar).Fluent English written and spoken (mandatory).Willingness to travel 40-50% of the time.Location: Madrid, Comunidad de Madrid, España
