Role Purpose:Operates and ensures a high availability of MPN (Mobile Private Network) services, regularly develops automation scripts.
Implements changes and maintenance works on the software/hardware solutions used by the client, writes documentation for implementing and changing the current configuration/code and implements according to the procedures.
Responsible for coordinating the delivery of new MPN products in support in accordance with the operational requirements.
Supports team development/enhancement of technical capabilities to support MPN products.Main Responsibilities:Provides high-level technical support and operatively resolves incidents in the functionality of hardware and software systems.Modifies and adapts the software solutions for better performance and experience offered to the customers.Reviews the technical and functional specifications of information systems and implements them in the process of modifying or adapting hardware and software solutions.Performs an impact analysis, proposes, develops, and implements technical solutions related to the basic functionality of the software, with the final result of solving incidents and advanced technical problems, thus improving customer experience.Coordinates with other technical teams (Supplier/Vendor) in order to solve incidents.Identifies automation opportunities and develops the needed scripts.Core Competencies, Knowledge and Experience:Work experience in 4G and 5G core networks: SGW, PGW, MME, HSS, PCRF, AMF, SMF, UPF, PCF, AF, AUSF, UDM.Expert hands-on experience in working with Athonet.Work experience in IP networks: Router/Switch/Firewall Fortinet.Work experience with AWS public cloud.Work experience with Network Virtualisation (NFVI).Experience in administration of OSS tools: Kibana, Elastic Search.Good knowledge of other telecom Networks: RAN, SIP, NB-IOT.Knowledge of the following protocols: GTP, RADIUS, Diameter, IP, BGP, MP-BGP, MPLS, L3-VPN, IPSEC, DNS.Experience using Linux/UNIX or other open-source operating systems.Practical experience in using packet sniffer and analysis tools like Wireshark, Ethereal (tcpdump, etc).Experience in solving advanced problems, detailed analysis, and implementation of solutions.Experience in a multinational environment.English proficiency (B2-C1).Benefits:Possibility to work in hybrid (2 days office).Summer intensive schedule (8:00 am-15:00 pm).Health Insurance.Life insurance.25 vacation days + December 24 and 31.Restaurant tickets.Online training.4 weeks per year to work from anywhere in Spain.50% discount on Vodafone products (internet, TV, and mobile rate).Why Vodafone?At Vodafone, we are dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.
