Each month, a renowned choreographer refines the choreographic cell, providing students with a precious opportunity to explore new techniques and artistic perspectives. Students also participate in company-organized performances and interventions, offering rich stage experiences and visual material for their future professional auditions.Sample Day at EBB:* 9 am – 10 am: SMAB Technique / Prevention of Risks and Injuries for Dancers* A morning session dedicated to SMAB technique (Health, Movement, Art, Well-being), focused on preventing common risks and injuries in dancers.* 10 am – 11:30 am: Ballet Technique* Ballet technique class.* 12 pm – 1:30 pm: Conscious Training / Professional Orientation / Audition* Time dedicated to conscious training, including guidance for optimal mental and physical preparation. This time slot also includes professional orientation sessions and audition simulations.* 1:30 pm – 3 pm: Floor Work, Contemporary Tech, Improvisation, Flow* A diverse workshop including floor work, contemporary technique, improvisation, and exercises aiming to develop flow and fluidity in movement.* 3 pm – 6 pm: Guest Choreographer, Rehearsals, Workshops* An afternoon session dedicated to guest choreographers, including rehearsals of existing pieces or the creation of new works. Workshops may also be included, offering a variety of artistic approaches and movement styles.This typical day at EBB aims to provide comprehensive training, addressing different aspects of dance, from classical technique to contemporary dance, while offering dedicated moments for physical preparation, professional orientation, and collaboration with renowned choreographers.To apply for auditions for the dance program in Madrid, please follow these steps:* CV of Your Previous Experience:* Prepare a detailed CV highlighting your dance background, previous experiences, training, performances, and any other relevant details. Make sure to include your current contact information.* Improvisation Video (Max 2 min):* Record a video of improvisation with a maximum duration of 2 minutes. Choose an environment where your movement can be clearly observed.* Solo of Your Choice (Max 2 min):* A solo of your choice, with a maximum duration of 2 minutes.* Letter of Motivation:* Write a letter of motivation explaining your ambitions and motivations to join the program in Madrid. Discuss your artistic goals, what you hope to gain from the program, and how it aligns with your artistic career.* Submission of Your Application:* Compile all the elements mentioned above (CV, videos, letter of motivation).* Create an application folder containing these documents.* Send this folder electronically to the email address specified in the audition announcement.
