Job Description About Enterprise Capabilities: Enterprise Capabilities is a service-led organization within AECOM enabling access to a global talent pool.
With offices in India, China, Spain, Poland, Romania, the Philippines, and South Africa, our teams of technical professionals provide around the clock project support helping AECOM teams around the world to deliver faster, smarter and better.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Design Manager with experience in Hydraulics & Drainage projects.
The Design Manager will coordinate different projects and H&D staff in EC Europe.
The team provides assessment, concept, feasibility, preliminary and detailed designs on a wide range of projects.
Our clients are from the private and public sector and include long term Framework Agreements with numerous Local Authorities.
You may have the opportunity to work with some of our worldwide technical experts, supporting key Water projects and being part of a diverse and multicultural team within EC Europe.
The responsibilities of this role include: Categorizes packages of work to be done by Enterprise Capabilities.
Elaborates project execution plans and in combination with the Home Office defines the delivery strategy, including composition of design teams.
Reviews contracts, scope documents, and available data for the project, and establishes schedules and budgets for compliance with project requirements and contract obligations.
Partners with other EC offices to ensure delivery and execution challenges are understood.
Responsible for leading a design team working for internal clients, integrating resources from different EC offices (Spain, Poland, India, etc.).
Client liaison, predominantly internal client, and Project / Design Management including program and resource monitoring, quality control, technical management, and delivery.
Takes leadership initiative in working with all team members, and all AECOM departments involved on a specific Project and achieve an integrated project team approach to the work.
Initiates and directs the planning, development, and continuous monitoring of the project scope, procedures, budget and schedule for the packages of work to be supported by EC.
Establishes metrics and KPIs to measure EC Project performance towards goals and objectives.
As an individual consultant, formulates and guides the attack on problems of exceptional difficulty and marked importance to the organization or industry.
Minimum Requirements: Proven track record of working on H&D Projects collaborating with international and multi-cultural teams.
