The Media Division is an expert in understanding the changing media landscape.
This includes TV audience measurement as well as consumer segmentation.
Their global coverage and local expertise allow clients to better understand media audiences and their relationships with brands to optimize investment.
In the Media Division, we are looking for an Administrative profile to join our offices in Sant Cugat.
The role is to ensure the quality, efficiency, and operational continuity of the household panel by resolving incidents, updating data, analyzing and validating information, developing tools and documentation, teamwork, and continuous process improvement.
ResponsibilitiesIncident Management:
- Resolve incidents and provide effective support to panelists via phone, WhatsApp, email, etc., with the goal of getting the household functioning correctly as soon as possible.
- Analyze and contact households with anomalous behaviors to correct, record changes, incidents, or errors, or document the behavior.Data Updating and Maintenance:
- Update panelist information obtained via phone, email, etc.
- Supervise and record daily breakdowns by updating the information provided by the field technician.
- Maintain the FM sample through various pre-established controls.Data Analysis:
- Analyze the results of listings using pivot tables or Power BI to propose changes in the way of working and/or in the listing itself.
- Investigate households that have not reached results and take corrective actions.
- Understand the different data reception files from the audiometer to analyze the collected data.
- Know the validation rules and their files to understand validation needs related to the data entered or the panelist's behavior.
- Analyze disconnected FM devices and take corrective measures to bring the devices into production as soon as possible.
- Analyze FM devices collected and map, call, or send to the technician to obtain data as soon as possible.Tool and Documentation Development:
- Develop macros and pivot tables in Excel to prepare and work on daily listings, aiming to be more agile and efficient.
- Develop work manuals and participate in updates to create teamwork standards.
- Create presentations to show data or provide internal training.
- Keep the Panel Quality Portal updated to have all consultation material up to date.
- Design and develop videos, brochures, etc., to assist panelists in their collaboration or to help us conduct various tests.Teamwork and Communication:
- Work collaboratively with the team using SharePoint.
- Participate in internal training of new hires.Continuous Improvement and Adaptation:
- Adapt controls to changes in the market or panelists to meet productivity, quality, and representativeness standards.
- Participate in the implementation of new projects to contribute to the company's growth.Professional ProfileFP II or CFG Superior in Administrative or Computer Science.High knowledge of office automation, especially in Excel at the level of formulas and pivot tables; knowledge of macros is valued.
Experience in quality control or Helpdesk departments is also valued.Knowledge of QlikSense, Power BI, etc.

After the training period, the employee will enter the team rotation to cover the hours from 10:00-19:00h.
