About Job: Main missions and responsibilities will be to support the development, improvements and deployment of systems and tools for: Construction Quality Management Assists Project Quality Manager in routine project quality activities as assigned, being focal point for Digital Request for Inspection and relevant Follow-up Collecting and Review of the accuracy and availability of all Construction Quality related documentation provided by the Construction Contractors Compiles and analyzes quality data, identifies trends and causes Construction Progress Reporting Assist the Planning Site Manager for the timeframe definition for the overall project and for every Construction Contractor, developing the budget man hours and work class id as per highest standard Collecting all the daily timesheet with declared spent manhours for every discipline Collecting all the Weekly C3 progress reports from Construction Contractor and Internal supervision Issue progress and status report to management on pre-determine basis Completion Management system Manage effective execution systems completion / acceptance tasks and identification / mitigation of "look ahead" activities critical Focal point for the Punch List Management Focal point for the Job Card availability in the system for the main equipment preservation It is also required a good professional liaison and communication skills with stakeholders such as Home Office Construction Department; other discipline Superintendent; field and process engineers; Material and Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning Manager; Construction contractors; Clients and vendors About You: Bachelor degree for Mechanical or Civil Engineer; technical diploma or other equivalent qualification can be considered Good understanding and knowledge of all main applicable procedures and Management systems Good knowledge with the Microsoft Office tools Fluency in English Your future at T.EN · Potential career path · Global mobility opportunities · Training and development · Diverse and international team Note: Your application will be considered only if is possible according to the requirements in Spain to contract foreigners legally.
