Position Summary
- Contributes to the social / digital part of the marketing plan of the brand for earned media.
- Manages PR & Influencers relationships and activations.
- Spreads Earned Media expertise and contributes to capability building within the affiliate.
Functions
- Participates in the Brands' overall media strategy, defines and executes the earned media strategy.
- Actively participates in the Brands' media strategy, annual planning and monthly review process, as well as in the definition of their optimal A&P media mix.
- Based on the 360 Consumer marketing Plan, contributes to the earned media plan: where to play, PR strategy, influencers management, KPIs tracking, in accordance with brand digital strategy and owned and paid media.
- Maps and scouts influencers (quality/cost), pre-screening.
- Briefs agency/influencer (selected by Consumer Marketing): puts detailed information on campaigns to the brief's template.
- Contributes to project management and content production, coordinates with influencers for day to day execution.
- Executes campaigns, including content co-creation with influencers.
- Coordinates media partnerships, events, press-tours, etc.
- Proactively identifies and reports to brand team changes in influencers data.
- Coordinates influencers for the affiliate.
- Builds long-term productive relationships with influencers, PR and earned media agencies.
- Tracks KPI's monitoring of the work done by influencers (including results on virtual selling activities, sales tracking, page impressions, etc.).
- Works together with all corporate departments and branded structures in questions related to media and influencers.
- Works closely with trade-marketing and owned-media executives.
- Spreads Earned Media expertise and contributes to capability building within the affiliate.
Qualifications Competences
- Experience in big local digital, media and/or influencer agencies with retail/cosmetics/luxury goods or FMCG knowledge.
- Minimum 2 years of social media experience.
- Knowledge and experience working with social media platforms and tools (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
- Strong digital understanding, with interest in trends and new technology.
- Strong communication skills including understanding how to clearly communicate messages to consumers and key stakeholders.
- Customer service driven with ability to respond to customers in a timely manner.
- SEO and data driven, with the ability to switch fast to new trends and consumer habits.
- Willingness to test, learn and challenge the status quo.
- Multitasking and decision-making skills.
SOCIAL MEDIA EXPERTISE
- Knowing what type of content works best on what platform.
- Understanding how to optimize content based on platform.
- Ability to engage an audience through social posts.
COPYWRITING EXPERTISE
- Short and effective headline writing.
- Engaging introductions.
- Structuring text for easy reading.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree.
- Fluent English is a must.
