Early Years Teacher At International School Andalucía, we believe that our teaching team is our most valuable resource. We are focused upon attracting, selecting and developing the best from across the world. We offer a temporary cover (It may be possible to offer a permanent contract). We offer all teachers up to two free school places for your children (excluding some additional costs, such as school lunches and school uniform) and work with you to ensure that your move into the area goes smoothly.
We offer the dedicated support of our Human Resources team to advise and support you through the administrative and personal arrangements that you and your family will need to undertake. The school and location International School Andalucía is a small school located in the beautiful city of Seville, in Andalucía, Spain. The school has recently joined the International Schools Partnership, a worldwide educational organisation where 'amazing learning' is at the heart of everything they believe in. The school offers a high-quality British education for both local and international students aged 2 - 18. ISA teaches the English National Curriculum in EYFS, KS1, 2 and 3, the i/GCSE in Years 10 and 11, and the 'A' Level programme in Years 12 and 13, as well as the Fases Específicas required for the National Baccalaureate. Students go on to study at top universities in Spain, the UK and around the world. There are currently around 300 students attending the school. Learning takes place in well-resourced classrooms, delivered by internationally qualified educators who prepare students for an international future as global citizens.
The school life The School operates a 6 x 60 minute period daily timetable with lessons starting at 9.00 a.m. and finishing at 4.20 p.m. The Secondary school is introducing a two-week timetable in September. There is a mid-morning break and lunch. Teachers can expect to have up to 25 contact periods plus PPA time, and help with covers, and all staff have duties around campus. Extra-curricular activities take place every Friday within the school day and all staff are expected to offer at least one term of activities (depending on teaching allocations).

Essential Criteria Have QTS status or equivalent, recognised for the purposes of teaching in the UK or overseas and hold an appropriate teaching qualification. Are in possession of an up-to-date Police Clearance last 10 years and ICPC certificate from the most recent country of teaching.
