Job DescriptionRESPONSIBILITIES:Planning and Developing Educational Activities: Design and implement educational activities tailored to the cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development of 3 - 5 year old children.
Follow the objectives and guidelines of the early childhood education curriculum.
Promote learning through play, music, art, and sensory exploration.Creating a Safe and Stimulating Environment: Ensure an inclusive, safe, and welcoming environment that fosters confidence and autonomy.
Supervise children during all activities to ensure their safety and well-being.Promoting Holistic Development: Support the development of motor skills, language, and socialization.
Identify and respond to the individual needs of each child, respecting their learning pace.Collaboration with Families: Maintain regular and effective communication with parents or guardians to inform them about the progress and well-being of their children.
Provide guidance and support on topics related to child development.Assessment and Progress Monitoring: Observe, document, and evaluate the development and behavior of children.
Adjust activities and teaching strategies based on observed needs.Teamwork: Collaborate with other teachers and staff to coordinate activities and share best practices.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and school events.Personal and Professional Development: Stay updated on educational methodologies and teaching strategies in early childhood education.
Engage in continuous professional development programs.Promoting Values and Social Skills: Encourage empathy, respect, teamwork, and conflict resolution among children.
