Your journey within the Innovate Program will start as Project Manager at Operations and Programs, Cognitive Software Engineering in BCSS SA Cognitive Network Solutions.
What you will do You will join a dynamic, high-performing Operations & Programs team with 8 members from Spain, Ireland, Argentina and Hong Kong. Our mission is to revolutionize engineering operations, WoW and program management with data-driven insight and transformation initiatives, aiming to create and maintain best in class engineering operations and efficient R&D processes.
As a project manager, you will work closely with the rApp program managers and play a key role to secure the execution of our rApps development program to ensure we deliver our applications with quality and on time to our customers. In your day-to-day life, you will:
Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and monitor and track project progress against these plans.Identify and manage project risks, issues and dependencies, and proactively mitigate potential roadblocks to ensure successful project delivery.Facilitate the communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in different organizations to remove impediments for the DevOp teams.Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, defined project execution processes and WoW throughout the project lifecycle.Collaborate with key stakeholders to support first-time implementations, including scoping and estimating project efforts. In addition, we believe you have:
BSc or MSc in Industrial Engineering & Management, Computer Science or Software Engineering; a master's degree is preferred.Proficient in project management tools and software, such as JIRA for planning, tracking and reporting project progress.Excellence verbal and written communication skills in English, and strong interpersonal skills to influence actions in a matrix organization.Strong analytical and hypothesis-driven problem solving approach.Passion about bringing your ideas and suggestions to the table.A global attitude and willingness to relocate internationally, with a desire and ability to work in a multicultural environment.Keen interest to learn new things and to broaden experience.Ability to collaborate, engage with and mobilize the organization to secure results.
