To assist with the delivery of solutions by working closely with their team, and ensure quality by testing solutions against their requirements.The analyst will act as a core part of a persistent team helping that team deliver high quality solutions and continual improvement.Accountabilities and main responsibilitiesConducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findingsGathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing reportsWorking closely with the Jersey business and leadership teamEnsuring solutions meet business needs and requirementsManaging competing resources and prioritiesMonitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projectsProducing, maintaining and updating process mapsAnalyzing current processes and systems and assist with the production of a list of requirements to improve/enhance the process as requiredParticipate in project meetings as and when requested by Line ManagerGeneral:Team performance & development: take ownership of own performance and for acquiring skills necessary to carry out the job. Provide on the job training and mentoring to more junior members of the team if directedManaging change: participate in change, carry out any assigned tasks within the given timeframeLeadership: understand and contribute to achieving the vision set out by Apex leaders. Work collaboratively within team and wider Apex groupApex knowledge: identify and develop an understanding of core Apex/Group business structures, processes, management and own disciplineBusiness knowledge: basic knowledge required of own business area. Limited knowledge required of other Apex propositionsChargeable hours (If applicable): ensure that all time charged is justified and is in line with internal policies/procedureInfluencing: look for opportunities to influence and offers ideas. Achieve specific outcomes with stakeholdersData integrity/reporting: ensure quality and accuracy of own data. Flag errors/omissions in colleagues' work/client documentsMandatory training: complete mandatory training as per the training calendarPolicies and procedures: read and understand the Apex policies and procedures required for the job and keep up to date with amendmentsRisk: ensure that all weaknesses/incidents identified in relation to service delivery/internal processes are reported to a Manager and recordedLegal & regulatory: develop and maintain an understanding of any relevant legal and regulatory requirementsVerbal communication & presentation: structure and communicate ideas and information clearly and effectively, 1:1 and with colleaguesWritten communication: with guidance, produce all written communication to a high standard of accuracySkills required:Fluency in English and ideally knowledge of other languagesExperience of 1/2 years as a Business AnalystKnowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office productsOrganised, able to work independentlyExperience of liaising with staff at all levels across a variety of work areas to produce requirements documents, processes, dashboardsBasic database management skillsStrong analytical background and knowledge of statistical analysis methodsWhat you will get in return:The ability to contribute to...
