From the latest adaptive lighting technologies to intuitive interior lighting solutions or stylish and design-centric external lighting, Valeo constantly innovates to improve comfort and safety for drivers and passengers alike.As a e-Process Project Team Member in Valeo Martos, you will be in charge of lead the industrialization of products and equipment following IPROM (Industrial PROject Management) procedure, working in a fast paced, international and multicultural environment.Your responsibilities:Manage the industrial schedule, resources and budget to reach the project target, and alert the managers when standards are not metResponsible for the manufacturing and assembly of the productCoordination activities regarding industrial aspects with other PTM & Contributors, such as: Tooling, Buyer, LogisticsRepresent the industrial organization of the project in internal or external (customers, suppliers) meetings.Define with the project team the process, in order to meet performance and cost targets.Respect and ensure respect of safety and VPS (Valeo Production system) rules and guidelines during the process development.Ensure adequate interaction with the product development team to perform simultaneous engineering.Manage the process development documentation, including specifications, and SOCO.Upon requested attendance in IVC for review of a project he/she is in charge regarding the industrial tasks, introduce the industrial aspects of an industrial project in the IVC review and escalate issues if necessary.As technical fellow for e-process: 1. characterize EMS Industrial STD2. answer to PCB Engineering questions (EQ), 3. make Electronic design review of PCBA (Layout Review), 4. make the DFM (design for manufacturing,scope electronic and mechanical),5. perform Assessment of Process Design Checker (PDC),6. attend and support process technical questions during the supplier Design Review (EMS)7. support SQA during EMS qualificationManage action plan for the items aboveInitialise the Test Design Checker (TDC)Ensure respect of All Quality standards to guarantee our customers, products and services conformity (P-FMEA, Control plan, SPPC list). All standards in terms of environment, health and safety risks prevention compliant with the HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) system.
