This ambitious project involves creating massive superstructures for methane and ethylene production, equivalent in size to a nine-story building, to be transported to the United States.- Evaluate and provide feedback on electrical and instrumentation (E&I) construction issues that could adversely affect construction, pre-commissioning, or commissioning phases.- Analyze and critique project specifications and requirements to ensure alignment with design objectives.- Contribute to the design of E&I scope as needed and address E&I constructability issues.- Monitor E&I Carry Over Work from vendors to site, ensuring compliance with project standards.- Inspect site E&I work, including installation, testing, and commissioning, ensuring adherence to all relevant codes, specifications, and safety requirements.- Assess the volume and quality of work performed by E&I subcontractors, supporting issue resolution and providing recommendations on changes and challenges.- Maintain accurate as-built E&I documentation and assist in the management of E&I materials logistics.- Verify E&I installation/equipment for compliance with preservation standards prior to commissioning.- Engage in system completion activities, including pre-power up checks, testing, and commissioning.- Participate in E&I Mechanical Completion inspections and testing, contributing to system integrity and functionality.- Assist in the management of E&I contracts, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and contractual obligations.- Review construction progress and liaise with subcontractors to propose corrective actions if necessary.QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.- Minimum of 5 years' experience in E&I construction, focusing on large industrial or chemical plants.- Proven experience in instrumentation installation, testing, and commissioning activities.- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in E&I engineering
