The role demands a commitment of 56 hours per week and 6 days per week , reflecting the intensive nature of the project and its critical timelines.
RESPONSIBILITIES Join our dynamic team in Tarragona, Spain, where a state-of-the-art facility is being constructed for the production of industrial gases.
This ambitious project involves creating massive superstructures for methane and ethylene production, equivalent in size to a nine-story building, to be transported to the United States.
Evaluate and provide feedback on electrical and instrumentation (E&I) construction issues that could adversely affect construction, pre-commissioning, or commissioning phases.
Analyze and critique project specifications and requirements to ensure alignment with design objectives.
Contribute to the design of E&I scope as needed and address E&I constructability issues.
Monitor E&I Carry Over Work from vendors to site, ensuring compliance with project standards.
Inspect site E&I work, including installation, testing, and commissioning, ensuring adherence to all relevant codes, specifications, and safety requirements.
Assess the volume and quality of work performed by E&I subcontractors, supporting issue resolution and providing recommendations on changes and challenges.
Maintain accurate as-built E&I documentation and assist in the management of E&I materials logistics.
Verify E&I installation/equipment for compliance with preservation standards prior to commissioning.
Engage in system completion activities, including pre-power up checks, testing, and commissioning.
Participate in E&I Mechanical Completion inspections and testing, contributing to system integrity and functionality.
Assist in the management of E&I contracts, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and contractual obligations
