Your Role: As the E-Commerce Store Manager , you'll oversee every aspect of online store's operations— from product launches to ensuring an amazing customer experience . You'll collaborate with multiple teams to ensure that product information is accurate, visually appealing, and ready for international markets. You'll also play a key role in improving our processes, making sure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Key Responsibilities: Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond . Build and maintain high-converting product pages that create a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Use AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and keep operations running smoothly. Ensure that our Shopify store is always up-to-date with accurate and consistent product information. Coordinate with designers, translators, and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth product launches across different markets. Proactively troubleshoot product-related issues with the customer support team. Drive continuous improvements across the store to boost performance and customer satisfaction. What We're Looking For: 3 years of experience managing e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, etc.). Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp ) and Google Spreadsheets. Skilled in using Photoshop and other design tools to create visually appealing product pages. Strong English communication skills and attention to detail. Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can work independently without constant supervision.
