The eCommerce Key Account Manager will play an integral role in driving best in class account management and retail eCommerce initiatives. They will do so by working closely with Walmart & Sam's ecommerce partners and merchants, as well as collaborating with Igloo corporate teams (Sales, Marketing, Business Insights, Demand Planning), with the ultimate goal of driving rapid eCommerce acceleration for the Walmart & Sam's Club business.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Own and manage responsibilities for Walmart.com and Samsclub.com, including inventory management, content initiatives, pricing strategies, customer profitability, and promotional spending within ROI goals.

Develop and scale the total Igloo Ecommerce Strategy for departments sales channels within Walmart & Sam's Club

Partner with Igloo's cross-functional team to develop and manage overall account strategies and ecommerce growth plans that ensure the brand thrives with Walmart and Sam's Club.

Deliver flawless execution including new product launches, ecommerce execution (inventory, pricing, content, and strategies), and timely responses to retailer and internal partner requests.

Act as a leading authority on ecommerce within Igloo, providing valuable feedback and insights to drive the organization's growth and evolution.

Formulate and execute both short- and long-term strategic plans to enhance Igloo's market share in relevant categories.

Ensure compliance with Walmart and Sam's Club content standards for both physical and online products, collaborating with internal teams to ensure execution.

Take ownership of the assortment and ecommerce portfolio across various platforms, implementing comprehensive promotional strategies to foster sustained growth.

Collaborate with Account Management and Marketing teams to develop and oversee investments in Walmart Connect campaigns, ensuring alignment with the customers content standards.

Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders from Walmart, Sam's Club, Walmart Connect, and third-party providers.

Establish and implement a cooperative planning process to develop sales forecasts, plans, and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Walmart & Sam's Club DSV and Marketplace businesses.

Continuously monitor, track, and analyze digital merchandising tactics and channel guidelines, adapting strategies based on data insights to optimize the online shopping journey, enhance product positioning, and drive sales.

Exhibit the ability to work autonomously, effectively prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Possess a deep understanding of ecommerce platforms, digital marketing channels, and effective sales strategies.

Required Skills and Abilities:

Strong organization, planning, time management, and communication skills

Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels and functions, offering ideas and/or solutions to projects

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights

Creativity in advertising, problem-solving, and storytelling

Strong skills using Microsoft Office suite, Google Analytics and retention tools

Experience with Walmart & Sam's Club System ( Retail Link, Luminate, Item 360 / Supplier One, Marketplace, Supplier Hub, Madrid, etc.)

Exhibit the ability to work autonomously, effectively prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Possess a deep understanding of ecommerce platforms, digital marketing channels, and effective sales strategies.

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:

Minimum 2-4 years of experience working in ecommerce account management or digital marketing for a brand or agency

Bachelor's degree in a related field required

Effective presentation of information and strong verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrate a passion for brand building

Team player

Experience with Workfront or other project management software is a plus.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
