E-Commerce Manager

Responsibilities:* Overview e-commerce sales strategy/operation and products propositions, as well as seasonal promotions; * With the understandingof Xiaomi products and portfolio, update and maintain products to design marketing campaigns and e-commerce operations essential manoeuvre; * Get all relevant stakeholders to involve end-to-end project management to ensure successful products launch or marketing campaigns; * Strong sense of marketcompetition and analyse SWOT of key products to fit the differentiation of proposition; * Fully understand the local market trends, changes and consumer behaviour with deep diving of analysing user behaviour and campaign data that continuous optimise campaigns performance and enhance sales/operation strategy; * Using online/offline resource to increase mi.Com brand awareness and cultivate online shopping culture in local markets to generate new users; * Conduct insightful reports and present meaningful data and suggestion to sales leaders, on topics of branding and operation when required.Requirements:* University degree or equivalent practical experience; * Strong understanding of e-commerce. 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, online operation, sales planning, product management, or product marketing is preferred; * Self-motivated, result-driven, creative thinker and strong problem-solving skills; * Ambition to succeed ina fast-paced start-up environment; * Project management skills; * Excellent communication skills; * Mandarin is a must.
