About the role As E-Commerce Manager, you'll optimize our marketplace and e-commerce products to drive growth and user engagement. Your role will involve analyzing user behavior, partner performance, and campaign outcomes to deliver targeted, impactful campaigns that elevate the marketplace experience. Through strategic and operational initiatives, you'll identify growth opportunities and align our marketplace with user preferences and trends. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with Partner Managers and cross-functional teams to maximize partnership and campaign impact. Additionally, you'll set and measure KPIs to support our growth strategy, and report to Head of Partner Success. You will for instance Analyze user data, partners and campaign performance, and key metrics to optimize marketplace offerings and drive effective, targeted campaigns. Develop and implement strategies to increase engagement and drive revenue growth. Set, track, and measure KPIs as a foundation for growth and continuous improvement. Collaborate with Partner Managers and cross-functional teams to leverage insights that boost campaign effectiveness and enhance our partner relationships. Personal attributes To succeed as an E-Commerce Manager, you are analytical and understand that statistics and data are the foundation for making informed decisions for optimization. With a commercial mindset and the ability to identify opportunities, you drive initiatives independently, keeping productivity and the bigger picture in focus. You are results-oriented and committed to improving performance and delivering quality for partners and benefit suppliers. Additionally, you possess strong communication skills and interact with internal and external stakeholders in a clear and respectful manner. We also see that you have At least 3-4 years of experience working within E-Commerce, Business Development for E-Commerce or Digital Marketing. Proven track record in E-Commerce strategy and optimization. Expertise in campaign management (designing, executing, and optimizing e-commerce promotions and campaigns). Solid experience in data manipulation and analysis, using tools like Excel and Hubspot. Professional language skills in Swedish and English, written and spoken. A bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent is considered a plus for this role.
