At Externalia, a company within the leading Field Marketing group Advantage Smollan, we are looking for an E-Commerce Content Specialist to join our central office team and become part of the Advantage Smollan Group.
What will you do as an E-commerce Content Specialist?
· Ensure brand uniformity and consistency across Amazon or other channels.
· Optimize and update product page content, list and publish products on the marketplace, create Variations, A content, and update the Brand Store.
· Perform keyword research to optimize content from an SEO perspective.
· Analyze performance and share monthly reports with clients.
· Create Excel/PowerPoint reports to facilitate the understanding of Amazon data, such as Customer Voice, Out-of-Stock Products, BuyBox, etc.
· Analyze and manage tools for content monitoring on Amazon.
· Localize and translate technical content from English to Spanish.
· Participate in weekly and quarterly alignment calls with the client to receive tasks, set priorities, and report on project progress.
What are we looking for?
· You are passionate about tech products and accessories with experience in technical writing.
· You have strong digital skills and understanding of e-commerce platforms.
· You are fluent in Spanish (C1 level) and English, both written and spoken.
Italian is a plus.
· You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
· Knowledge of digital advertising is a plus.
